Effective 1 October 2026 · AccountDataForge
AccountDataForge (“AccountDataForge”, “we”, “us”), located at 14 Rue Rodier, 75009 Paris, France, processes personal data in connection with our website, project inquiries, and CRM/ERP engineering services. We act as data controller for contact and prospecting data, and as processor when handling client-managed records within contracted systems.
1.1 Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you provide (name, company, email, phone) when you submit an inquiry or engage our services.
- Project and billing information required to prepare proposals, deliverables, and invoices.
- Technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) collected via essential server logs for security and reliability.
- Cookie preference choices stored locally in your browser.
1.2 How we use data
- To respond to inquiries and prepare project scopes.
- To deliver contracted CRM/ERP engineering and support services.
- To administer contracts, invoicing, and statutory bookkeeping.
- To secure our systems and diagnose operational issues.
1.3 Legal bases
We rely on: (a) pre-contract measures at your request; (b) performance of a contract; (c) legal obligations (e.g. tax); (d) legitimate interests in running and securing our studio, balanced against your rights; and (e) consent where required (for optional communications).
1.4 Retention
Inquiry correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer. Contractual and financial records are kept for the periods required under French tax and commercial law.
1.5 Your rights
Under applicable data protection law (including the EU GDPR), you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact [email protected] or write to AccountDataForge, 14 Rue Rodier, 75009 Paris, France. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or your local supervisory authority.
1.6 Sub-processors & transfers
We use reputable hosting, email, and payment providers to operate our services. Where data is processed outside the EEA, we apply appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required. A current list of core sub-processors is available on request.
1.7 Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege practices, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to maintain resilience appropriate to a professional engineering studio.
1.8 Children
Our services are directed at business clients and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data through this site.
Terms of Service
AccountDataForge · 14 Rue Rodier, 75009 Paris, France
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the AccountDataForge website and the provision of CRM/ERP engineering services by AccountDataForge, 14 Rue Rodier, 75009 Paris, France, contactable at [email protected].
2.1 Scope of services
Services may include discovery, architecture design, custom CRM/ERP implementation, data migration, integrations, dashboards, portals, and related advisory work. The precise deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement are defined in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by the client (“SOW”). If an SOW conflicts with these Terms, the SOW prevails for that engagement.
2.2 Client responsibilities
The client will provide timely access to systems, data, stakeholders, and feedback needed to complete the work. Delays or inaccurate data supplied by the client may shift milestones and, where material, affect fees if extra effort is required.
2.3 Fees & payment
Fees are stated in the SOW unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are due within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date unless a different term is specified. Payment links may be provided by AccountDataForge for convenience; late payments may attract interest and suspension of work where permitted by law.
2.4 Intellectual property
Upon full payment of the fees due for a deliverable, and except for AccountDataForge’s pre-existing materials, frameworks, and third-party components, all intellectual property rights in client-specific deliverables are assigned to the client. AccountDataForge retains rights in generic know-how, reusable modules, and tools used to deliver the services.
2.5 Third-party tools & dependencies
Systems may rely on third-party platforms (cloud hosting, email, payment processors, analytics). AccountDataForge is not responsible for outages or policy changes of third-party vendors beyond its reasonable control, but will take commercially reasonable steps to mitigate impact on deliverables.
2.6 Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least reasonable care and use it only to perform under the engagement. Obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without duty of confidentiality.
2.7 Warranties & liability
AccountDataForge warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Except as required by mandatory law or as expressly agreed in an SOW, implied warranties are excluded, and liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement (or the average monthly fee over the prior 12 months for ongoing retainers) subject to any mandatory legal rights you may have.
2.8 Term & termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the SOW. On termination, the client will pay for work performed up to the termination date, and AccountDataForge will deliver any paid-up work products in their current state, subject to applicable licenses and confidentiality.
2.9 Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply. Disputes shall first be sought to be resolved amicably; failing that, the competent courts of Paris, France shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Refund Policy
AccountDataForge · 14 Rue Rodier, 75009 Paris, France
AccountDataForge provides professional CRM/ERP engineering services. Because time, planning, and intellectual effort are expended from the start of an engagement, refunds are governed by the specific terms agreed in your proposal or statement of work, together with the principles below.
4.1 Project deposits & upfront fees
Deposits or upfront fees secure scheduling, discovery, and early design work. If you cancel before active build work begins, we may retain a reasonable portion of the deposit to cover committed discovery and planning time, refunding the balance where applicable. The exact split is stated in your SOW.
4.2 Work in progress
Once deliverables are underway, fees for work performed up to cancellation remain due. Where a client cancels mid-project, AccountDataForge will deliver completed paid stages in their current state and invoice only for approved, completed work.
4.3 Deliverable defects
If a delivered item materially deviates from agreed specifications, contact us within fourteen (14) days of delivery with reasonable detail. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to remediate the non-conformance. Remedies may include correction of the deliverable, or if correction is not feasible, a proportionate credit — not automatic full refunds for subjective design preference or changed requirements.
4.4 Retainers & recurring fees
Monthly or recurring retainers are billed in advance for the period stated in the SOW. Except where required by law or where a material breach by AccountDataForge occurs, paid-but-unused time in an elapsed period is generally non-refundable; we encourage clear monthly scope alignment.
4.5 Payment processor disputes
If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we may suspend work and pursue resolution of the dispute. Please write to [email protected] first — most issues are resolved quickly through dialogue.
4.6 How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your project reference, invoice number, and a concise description of the request. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within five (5) business days.
